Do I need mod permission first?

Yes, you do. One of the "all seeing eyes" will upgrade your profile to 'full member'. With 70+ posts I'm surprised it hasn't been done already.

QuoteI gueas it's just a matter of degree concerning how much you want to augment your body. Only you can dictate that, no one else.

Well, up to a point, yes, but at the risk of sounding like a blustering old reactionary, I'm firmly of the opinion that only someone with some serious mental health issues would want to do that to their own body, and I'm honestly shocked and a little sad that the guy's family didn't hold some sort of intervention and try to get him some help.

Various Tribes around the World and throughout Human history have modified their bodies. Tattoos, piercings, elongated necks. Even mullets!

Sex Change Operations could also be regarded as body modification. Or even prosthetic limbs!

Human Centipede 3 - I managed about half an hour before putting a hammer through the tv, and then throwing the the DVD player out the window. Excessive I hear you cry. Well, bollocks to that, I don't regret a thing... except for watching the first half hour to begin with.

I have never watched the first 2 films and I never will!

Not so much a particular character, I'm more into horrors that explore Human thought/condition. The bogey man isn't half as scary as a mentally deranged nutcase that could be living next door.

If I had to chose a character I'd go with Pinhead, a dark evil fucker who was once Human.

They could start the series with Rookie's Joe and Rico, before the Apocalypse War. The setting is pretty much the same as present day. If the first series did well it could possibly get a bigger budget (better VFX) for later episodes set further in the future, Possibly interspersed with the odd 'Flashback' storyline to still keep within a reasonable budget.

Edit: I meant the War caused by Bob Booth.

Games / Re: Like desert island discs but with games!

No internet? I reserve the right to kill moaning children on shooting games they shouldn't even be playing.

Anyway, the elder scrolls and fallout game would kill a couple of weeks. And then I'd make a raft from the game cases and sail away into the sunset.

55 grand? Sounds excessive! It would interesting to know how they compare to headphones in the cheaper range. How good can sound clarity be?

I was looking on the Hachette site & noticed if you go to the back issues & scroll down to the bottom of the list you can pick up the Henry Flint print for free, all you pay for is the postage

It is listed as issue 501PREM POSTER1 REPLY

If that is the case then it kind of shafts anyone who has gone with the premium subscription. Guess there weren't that many took that option up.

I subscribed to the premium edition. While I don't begrudge people going for the free poster (you'd be mad not to) I feel 'Hachette' have been a trifle naughty with their promotional blurb; stipulating that without the premium sub you wouldn't be able to get them.

Legend, the (true) story of two downtrodden cockneys trying to revitalize the nightclub industry. It's not bad, quite funny in places and a bit violent. If I had one criticism to make it would be the romanticized view of what were actually a pair of right horrible Cunts. Far Better than the "Kemps" version.

Another vote for American Reaper. I'm not a massive fan of the later Sin/Dex stories but I feel it has potential as a tv show. Future Shocks/Terror Tales/Vector 13 would be ideal for an on going series. Big Dave, just for a laugh.

Non 2000AD - animated Transformers movies using the marvel UK storylines.

All the names mentioned above are better than " Judge De'ath".

I got a metal container with "Bloke Stuff" written on it. It's handy cause I'm a bloke, and I own stuff.

Have to disagree. I personally like 'Finn' and could quite happily never see 'Slaine' in the Prog again.
