Vault 87 ain't a bug- it's intended in the games structure that the vault cannot be entered / accessed via the main vault entrance (only through Little Lamplight).

It's normal to have Vault 87 on your map, yet 'undiscovered'.

Great Quitley pages Dale.
To think he wasn't highly rated (in the Megs letter pages) back in the day... unconscionable.

And another Flint gem there Iain.
I'm currently negotiating a page with a well known 2000AD artist, if it falls through I'll be back for more Flint!

Spent a fruitless weekend trying to procure tickets from Ebay & Donedeal.
Fortunately (for me) a fourth date was announced this morning, tickets on sale this Thursday at 9.00am.

Now...just don't f--k it up this time kid...

The thing that really annoyed me about this movie is that the lead girl was not really all that bad

Her acting was pretty bad!

I did enjoy that movie nevertheless, and picked it up for a fiver a few months ago.

During my beloved AOA arc in '95 it was revealed that Iceman could in fact teleport himself (and others) using, I believe, 'molecular moisture inversion'.
This particular power was never used by the 616 Bobby (to my ever reducing knowledge), but if applied along with his other varied power set, it would give him the edge IMO.

Now leave me alone to watch Saturday morning cartoons, eat my Coco Pops and play with my Transformers.

When I joined PSN (to play online video games against better skilled and heinously mannered adolescents) I followed the tradition of naming myself after a favorite game character.
As there were around half a billion different 'Link' monikers I had to choose one to distinguish myself- hence the self-important handle.
I've never been part of a forum community before (or since, and don't do Facebook, Twitter either), so lazily just transcribed the name to this forum.

The icon is 'Fierce Deity Link' (as anyone who's a fan of the series of games will know, is the ultimate iteration of the character).

I even once commissioned a piece of 'Fierce Deity Link' original artwork, that I intended to use as my icon, but seeing as it ended up looking like Justin Bieber cosplaying as Cate Blanchett I decided against it.

On a completely different note, if anyone wants to see a giant-sized
Mo Farah
jump on the head of a self-consciously zombified King Arthur, you really ought to buy Rob Williams's issue of Revolutionary War: Knights of Pendragon this week. Enormous fun.

I'm hearing good things about the Revolutionary War books Greg, I'm all over a collected edition when it's released.

Very good Richmond, I'd nervously laugh if my own bollicks wasn't currently in a rusty vice.

How's the EBay search going you ask?

Let's just say there's more than one Garth Crooks in the world...

Cheers for the advice and posts Amines & Zen, I have my name down on am IMRO list for last minute tickets, and a veritable Borg Cube of family & friend drones out searching for tickets < €100 a pop.

Don't you reckon that tormented inner monologues are bit Marvel / DC and a bit antithetical to the spirit of 2000AD though?

Yeahrrh, get with it Hoo-Haa, this isn't like those dumb American comics where beloved icons are resurrected from certain death in particularly eye-rolling circumstances!  :-X

Probably for the best.

Probably.

I popped into my LCS earlier this evening, and shot the breeze with the owner; he cannot get over how low the interest is in this relaunch. He's going to be selling issue 1 for a messily €2, but doesn't expect it to sell well at all.

Wake up and smell the indifference Marvel.

No bother.
I'm a huge fan of Harrison's work too, and have come very close to purchasing a Revere page from Dale myself (but man, they're expensive!)

Hopefully he'll be able to fix you up.

Hey Dale- do I get a finders fee???  :D

I'm holding out hope David, but I reckon they won't due to the event being in Croke Park.
It's unreal isn't it?

I've been with my other half for 10 years, and have never been in the sh!thouse as much as I am tonight.

I've given up on Donedeal.ie too, sent about 20 text replies to adverts, not one answer...

Hi guys, like Stalinuk, I've completed my prog collection and am keen to obtain original artwork. I'm interested.in Simon Harrison's work on Strontium Dog from the late 80's. Any advice/steers? Z

Drop a PM to Dale Jackson (aka boarder Fatboydale).

Am I the only one disappointed that this wasn't a youtube link showing The Legendary Shark take on some Men in Black with a large hunting knife?
