What does traduced mean?

To speak badly of or tell lies about (someone) so as to damage their reputation.  Which, in this instance, is a pretty good example of using big words incorrectly.  
 

"Threatening violence" and telling somebody where they can find you if they want to try talking rubbish to your face are two very different things, by the way.

I'll accept the tedious blowhard tag as fair comment though.  There are plenty of examples to be found- and nobody's perfect, after all.  Except you, it seems.  Although your mastery of the foe function seems to be woefully inadequate...

Harvey Awards are looming and I'm not above ballot stuffing.  Impaler is just work for hire for me, so any exposure I can get out of it is going to be a big bonus!

I loved All Star Superman and I'd be happy with something that was only half as good as that was.

I love a bit of Ben Oliver, so couldn't believe my luck when I saw that he was in the interior as well.  Dredd was the standout for me this week, by miles.  Nice one Al.

I'm just killing time until 2012...

I think garageman is definitely trying to be cryptic , Matt!  But I think I've de-coded it, he's inferring that us, over here on the mainland, are only interested when people in England get killed and not really bothered over what happens in Northern Ireland.  If I've got that wrong, garageman, please enlighten me.

Well, I'd hope not- because that sort of thing would be extremely sad and tedious- but now that you've pointed the possibility out, I can see why he'd go with Warrington, and not the far more horrific Omagh bombing- which is what had me scratching my head in the first place.

In other news- I was pleased to see that people from both sides were actually out on the streets, in force, condemning the killings.  This can only be a good thing.

No one wants another Warrington.

Sorry- I can't quite decide whether you're stating the obvious, or if I should be looking for some kind of other cryptic meaning.
