Day of Chaos will presumably also get two books apiece.

Would dearly love to see the DoC collected into a single volume.
And with the Michael Carroll 'Downtime' episode re-instated.

In terms of page count, its the longest Dredd epic, but if Block Mania/Apocalypse War can fit into a single release...

@SB I wouldn't have though Cam drew the 'PHATOOM' - as its stuck on, rather than drawn directly onto the page, and Steve Potter is the credited letterer for that particular episode.

Though curiously, on the panels were there is enough white space, the speech balloons have been drawn directly onto the page of art. Never really come across that before.

Another great podcast, and a nice little reminder of the FCBD signing.

It does look very nice, and great to see this stuff popping up, but kinda not what I was thinking/hoping it would be..

What's with that advert for the robotic Women that's been on telly - and now you can 'buy' the very same model on eBay.

Nowt to do with the first showing of Prometheus last night??

Those early Marvel SW comic's are simply aces, so this has caught my attention.

But these Artist editions tend to be hellishly expensive don't they?

Hippy's not the only one having a bash at the Falcon...

That was a really enjoyable Saturday...

Great photos SuperSurfer, and a nice reminder of a great day out. Would it be OK to pinch the one Im featured in?
Like a fool, I didn't take a single photo at the signings.

Yeah, As a non Meg buyer, id love to see more stuff from that publication in the Mega collection. I guess with this being a run of 80 books, then there's the chance , at least, that we'll see more of that.

Very happy to have received this direct from Ben Willsher yesterday, whilst at the FCBD signing.
A page from the 'lost' Day of Chaos episode: Downtime by Michael Carroll.

Aye, a great full day all round.

Got home just before 1am, after being up and on the go from 5am the previous day, but it was all totally worth it.
Thank Grud, I've got the bank holiday off work to help in the recovery process!

Great to meet, and chat with some new faces, along with others id met before, and of course great to meet the mighty McMahon, and the Wonderful Willsher - along with all the others signing that day, and get a good selection of things signed, not to mention the page of art that I got from Ben.

FP seems to be always permanently busy, and hectic, but great to see the amount of people that turned up for the signing. Very impressive, indeed.

I live in one of those supposed regions, and it forms no part of my identity

Sure, the English regions are a man-made construct, but so is England itself
But you seem to be saying that the English regions dont even exist at all, is that what you are saying?
Just curious as to your original post is all.

Devolution to the English regions was the original idea, but there are no such places.

Are you sure on that?

Announcements / Re: UK television premiere of DREDD

Me too! Is it too late to have it changed to the Sunday? The premiere of Dredd, that is?
