2000AD's best never seem to have much luck at vertigo. First Hinterkind, now Unfollow (as uncertain as it may be at this point).

Not many thing will get me to shout "bollocks" at the top of my lungs in the middle of work rush hour. Hearing Unfollow is getting the can is one of them. Gutting.

Hawks - Samurai Champloo, or Cowboy Bebop?

Bebop IMHO, but don't write off Champloo. Or Kids on the Slope. Or Space Dandy.

All of these are classics, but Cowboy Bebop is just st on a whole other level.

Oof! Well i've been enjoying Astra Lost in Space very much up to now, token mildly sleazy beach chapter not withstanding, its a solid space romp. That being said the most recent chapter pulled the [spoiler]transgender for shock value trope[/spoiler] on me, and though deftly handled in context to the acenario has left me a little cold.

Ah bollocks! Just short of pay day as well. Well that's a bummer.

It IS kind of a shame, as I love the armories as a venue. If ever one hall was too packed, just move over to another, it worked out harmonically. Though i'm not one for knocking a venue before i try it, and a shift in dates is no problem for me either, a week before my birthday I should be minted.

Have found a new instructor, who by no small coincidence is also an ex-HGV driver, so when I explained the situation he was all to sympathetic and happy to help. Slightly more expensive per lesson but it's a price hopefully worth paying.

Just been informed by my driving instructor that after a near accident scenario in my last lesson that he will not be continuing with my driving lessons.

Well now I feel like a right failure.
