I was a bit late to the party, having only just wrapped up the series. It truly is a wonderful piece of writing that knows when to pace itself and when to hit the adrenalin. Character development is a little thin on the ground from the prominent trio, but is abundant in the secondary cast with Jean, Levi and Annie all being very well fleshed out and fun characters.

I can highly recommend the manga and it's prequel novels as well to anyone who wants to read more into the history of the series. Virtical publishings are translating the three volumes of SNK: Before the Fall next year.

I really love the cover of 341. And no, it's not 'cos of the gun toting sexy nun, it's because of... Dredd's helmet.

An entertaining spin on "I only read it for the articles"  ;)
You owe me a cup of Tea for the one I just spat out over the monitor.

Scanner broke. A doodle a did at work. Started out as a man standing in a door way. Somehow turned it into the final scene from Lovecrafts Dagon. ::) Pencils and pastels. Think i'll start using WC more as I fins they work better with inks and I can get my head around them easier. Pastels are still good for doodling though.

I'm picking it up just for Tribal Memories. If Senior Tordle's word is anything to go buy it should be a classic.

I certainly am. Looks yummy.

Another great cover this week from the might Critchlow. Looking forward to him on Sin/Dex.

Nearly two pages of discussion on one cover, and no ones pointed out it's a corcker yet. You lot are spoilt!

How many ears does Captain Kirk have?

Isn't that a VC's helmet between Hammerstein helmet mk.1 and 2?

None here in Bolton. I work on Lancashire Wildlife Trusts Seven acre scheme here and it's ideal for spiders with plenty of damp wood and bark. Nothing. Common house spiders and Opilions, but no False Widows.

Never saw the appeal of Star Trek as a whole. It seemed like a space drama with less drama and extra orders of cheese. Not my kind of thing. Saying that, Wrath of Khan is a fantastic science fiction film and one I always can give the time of day.

I HAVE read the first Button Man story and its a truly fantastic contribution to the pantheon of the galaxies greatest comic. It's very different though, and not at all science fiction orientated or fantastical. Just very British, indeed, take the name John Wagner off the cover and I wouldn't have guessed it was anything to do with the prog, and was something from Toxic or Revolver maybe. And Ranson's art work! Oh my word....
