Red Seas:   This was a lovely bow out with everything tied up just right IMHO. Looking forward to seeing how /if this ties in with the rest of the E-verse.
It does, remember Orlando Doyle? He's in the next series of Stickleback by the looks of it.

Just settling down to watch Hammer's The Mummy's Shroud.
How can you go wrong with a film starring Andre Morrell, Michael Ripper and Roger Delgado?  :)

And the poster tagline was great too;
Beware the beat of cloth wrapped feet!
Good call, one of Hammers best.

Was anyone else shocked by the recent News stories about Justin Bieber? He actually has a personality. Granted, it's not a very good one, but he does have one. And there I was thinking he was just a haircut.

A haircut and a nasty coke/ecstasy habit, judging by the breathing problems which recently forced him to stop a show in London village.
He's a bloody pussy anyway, Freddy Mercury had aids and died rocking out, yet Bieber cancels a concert because of a soar throat? Kid's these days.

Hell of the Living Dead (Bruno Mattei 1980) and Contamination (Luigi Cozzi 1980) a pair of classic 'horrors' from the hay day of video violence. Both pretty tame today, Matteis classic is sold as a cash in on Dawn of the Dead (released as Zombi in Italy) but really is quite different, indeed it's quite original for it's time and more modern z-flicks have borrowed from it than you might think. Cozzi's rip on Alien is far more blatant yet still has a whiff of originality about it and being a great fun film to boot. The Blue Underground DVD's for both are splendid BTW, but both could do with good UK BD releases.

Sure sure, I was as much to blame by bringing the topic up, just thought I should get my two pence in before anyone else which in retrospect is probably why no one want's to talk about this stuff at time's.  :lol:

I'm not claiming they don't exist, all i'm saying is that instaling fluff such as 'International Women Day' is only going to blow the whole situation out of proprotion. I just get a tad tired of women forcing masogynistc counter arguments down my throat, look ladys, i'm not masogynistic or sexist in anyway. Go and convince people who are rather than believing all men are evil. I do my bit to be as good a person I can be and I hope people haven't got the wrong idea, but frankley having events centerd around gender specific rights issues just seem's incredibly 'unequal' to me.

^^ was it implied at the end of Avengers that Thanos was working for somebody else? I can't remember because it's been that long since I watched it but maybe that could be Thanos in a somewhat larger role for Avengers 2 and then being the key villain in Guardians.
Guardians is coming first I think, and it was a herald talking to Thanos (the one sitting in the chair). I mus admit, initialy I had no idea who Thanos was so assumed it was Red Skull but thats gone out of the window with a bit of research. The inclusion of the Hulk Buster Armour in IM3 indicates it might have a role in Avengers 2 or one of the IH sequels.

This seem's like it's getting the right level of linkage from The Avengers all the while setting up for future events. Wonder if we can be expecting any new threads...
*Red Skull's where abouts is still unknown.
*Thanos is now on the table, presumably something to do with Guardians of the Galaxy

Anything else?
