"there is no worse single offender in the degradation of early 90's Tooth than Fleisher"

Agreed. BUT - in his USA work he was actually incredibly thrillsome, if you go by the deliciously violent Wrath Of The Spectre series or his awesome run on Jonah Hex. I had trouble believing that the guy who wrote those was the same man who wrote Rogue Trooper's Golden Thingy Rebellion.

I'll be there after all, having had an invite to stay with some friends of friends who enjoyed my DJ skillz a couple of weeks ago. Huzzah! Despite their kindness I still plan to get ridiculously drunk and attempt to blag floorspace off anyone passing within two feet of me, in order to keep drinking until 3am.

Personally, in terms of advertising I reckon the Wii's going to make a big splash and this Christmas you'll be seeing Wii all over the place. It'll get everywhere.

I'm particularly looking forward to playing Wii Sports.

That is an advert for nothing. Looks lovely, though.

Dredd still hasn't locked up Funeral For A Friend yet. He really should.

Another vote for Dredd/Punisher - two tough 60-year-old men beating each other up.

Also, Dredd versus Captain America, with Cap found in his iceberg by Justice Dept. If you wanted to play silly buggers there could be an invasion from a future where the Nazis won WWII and declared all life was a crime, leading to the Red Death...

The moomin episode is fantastic. The whistle meant secrets.

Late to the party, I bring delicious Spider-man! And his AMAZING friends, Iceman and Firestar! GO SPIDER FRIENDS.

He tugged on his statuette and the whole room swivelled round to reveal a giant Spidercave... and then aunt may knocked on the door and it all swivelled back.

Special 'Tharg' team ability to force a re-roll on any 2000AD figure on the board once per turn, 'cos he can just edit their actions.

Well, I'm glad I didn't peek at the spoilers - frankly, I'm a sucker for twists like this, and I'm glad I got to experience it in all its glory. My respect for both Malone and SinDex has gone up about 200%.

I never could stand pub crawls. I've only just got a seat, the beer's cheap, everyone's relaxed and I've got ten songs on the jukebox for a quid. And some bullying bastard wants me to rush my beer and move out of my comfortable space because WE'RE ON A PUB CRAWL and HIS TIGHT SCHEDULE SAYS WE MUST HURRY HURRY HURRY!! We're not having fun unless we DOWN IT IN ONE! And then ROAR LIKE KING BLOODY KONG because we're PUB CRAWLING!! and could any ladies in the company please SHRIEK like an ENRAGED BAT and possibly SING A MERRY SONG FROM THE EIGHTIES.

All right, all pub crawls aren't like that, but they do invariably involve moving out of a comfortable pub where you've got a seat and heading into THE UNKNOWN. Which gets old fast.

Favourite, probably Griffin, partly because of the way he bit it but also because he was in some really excellent stories. Least favourite is Silver, but then he wasn't exactly portrayed as a brilliant leader.
