Classifieds / Re: 2000AD Prog 1849 cover 1 of 2 wanted.

I have simply used the 2000ad web shop and used the "additional info" box to specify my needs, and it works very well (for retailer's price of course + 2£ for P&P for France).

Received cover 1 of prog 1849 today, and it's indeed sufficient to use the "Additional Info" box to specify which version one's desire. Thanks to the 2000ad shop droids!

The Diesel prog reminded me there are two other promotional progs I know of, just to add to the list...

2009 San Diego ComicCon
A5 48-page issue of reprints, with Tharg on the cover (from prog 1650).  Not sure if any other 'con progs' have been produced?
I've recently asked Denise about that and it seems it was the only one ever produced.

Micro Comic
A5 16-page issue from 2000/01 I think (it has the 'white background' logo they used for a few months at that time).  Think this was given away with Rebellion games (Gunlok) and mags like FHM.  Greg Staples Dredd cover (from prog 1157) and reprinting Judge Dredd: Crossing Ken Dodd by Jock and ABC Warriors by Kev Walker (from Prog 2000).
WANT!!!! :o

News / Re: Has American Reaper inspired a film?

Indeed the purpose of Repeat offenders is to develop GN concept to be adapted to film: http://www.repeatoffenders.co.uk/index.html

I have uploaded a fully illustrated description of the Termight edition (also compared with the Deviant edition) here http://myabsolutecollection.blogspot.com/2013/09/nemesis-warlock-limited-signed-termight.html

sadly the international shipping cost is also unbelievable (but seems to stay the same with additional items).

That's what I have (successfully) done for prog #1844, but I was wondering if it can be managed directly through the 2000ad web shop interface.

Hello,
In the shop inventory, for progs with variant covers (#1844 for example) we don't have the possibility to put in the cart what variant we are after. Is it sufficient to use the "Additional Info" box to specify which version one's desire?
Thanks for an answer, I will need it as soon as prog #1849 hit the shop.

One major annoyance for me, though - why does the stand-alone 'The Sword Sinister' appear halfway through the climactic scenes of Nemesis Book I, thereby totally runing the flow of the story?! Is that a legacy of the original Eagle comics?
Yes, this book reprints the original Eagle comics exactly like they were published (I have compared page by page).

Yep, and the fact that this reprint includes the nemesis poster prog story absent from the "complete" collection.
