Link Prime is correct, Black Hole is the best of the lot and reasonably self-contained, though it comes straight off the back of the Nemesis stuff. Hellbringer is likewise a great intro to the characters, though hard to get at the moment (Khronicles I don't recommend as a first read as it relies too much on a knowledge of the previous adventure).

Here's how the Invasion/Savage/Nemesis/Ro-Busters/ABC Warriors books fit together, in terms of chronology - http://www.amazon.co.uk/ABC-Warriors-amp-Nemesis-the-Warlock/lm/RO2KZS82FA1VL/ref=cm_lm_byauthor_title_full
Excellent link, nice work Dark Jimbo!

I have already ask this question somewhere but is there anybody who has an idea of the number of copies that are printed for each Rebellion GN? It seems to be very low numbers..

Yes, It has nothing to do with what is advertised on the Audible site. Bit of a scam in my opinion (I've purchased it and complain about it but never had a response from Audible). See also these two reviews on this page (the second is mine) http://www.amazon.co.uk/Pat-Mills-Creator-Region-Import/dp/B002JVX0GY/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1344790355&sr=8-4

Brilliant work there!

Love the spine-pic!

So the hard to find K of Khaos & Hellbringer, will they soon be available in US reprints, can anyone confirm this?
There is a copy at abebooks since yesterday of khronicles of khaos at an almost decent price.

I haven't seen them advertised in the us. There is a thread in the general section about "forthcoming thrill" that deals with all the forthcoming trade even the us ones and I don't remember seeing them.

hi, I have also upload the exhaustive list of abc rebellion GN from 2005 on the first page of the review section.
and yes, these two are really hard to find (I mean really). I have no tip for you because I have found my own copy on a greek webstore listed in the tenth page of my google research (no copies left if you wonder). My only advice is try searching them with their ISBN number.

By the way, I hace checked the prog covers of Barney's database but I can find where the illustration used for this GN comes from. A new one?

Received mine today, yessssss!
It contains both Treasures of Britain books + Ukko's Tale: The Cloak of Fear that has never been reprinted in trade before (so finally there is new material for me!).
In UK if I'm not mistaken all further material up to the Book of Invasions has never been reprinted in paperback so I'm really looking forward to the next Rebellion books (although in France, the first series of 11 albums published in the nineties had finished with "King of Hearts").
Forgot also to say that the spine is numbered (#7).

And front cover conform to what has been advertised (prog #1632).

(Also the cover gallery displays virgin covers)

I'm probably not the best person to answer this because I haven't read yet the stories featuring in this particular book (Savage has not been translated in French and I was not a 2000AD subscriber at that time).

Although I've read the Invasion GN and the Savage Taking Liberties GN, and I can say that the new direction of the series has nothing to do with the Invasion strips (it's way way more exciting and dark). So if I were you I would still try to put my hand on the first Savage GN before reading this one.
