Hmm, not a bad idea Mr K. but I'm somewhat worried that I may catch something nasty from one of the many prostitutes I will be expected to sh*g as I endlessly fall from grace whilst being forgiven everytime by my oh so stupid followers.

P.S. I have a few souls going spare if you need one. I'm doing a special on computer owning celebraties at the moment.

I'm fed up working for a living but have got used to my rather elaborate lifestyle, therefore I have decided to turn to crime in order to finance it. Do any boarders know of a sure fire way I can accomplish this without getting caught and having to pay the price?

Regards,

Karne

I love it, it's great. What? Did you want a dissertation or something? I also have the making of Brazil and that's great too.

La, la, la, la, la, la, la lahhh.

He, he, I can just picture Pat Mills in a "Book Group" style parody, mouthing silently at an accomplice in an attempt to get the boarders to stop talking about cereal and talk about his writing instead.

"Bring back The Water Margin, too!"

Your lucks in there matey, it's about to be released on DVD and video. There's a DVD mag out with a free cover disc of the first episode available from all good (and some bad) newsagents as we type.

I actually preferred Flesh: Chronicide, to Mill's Flesh Book III: The legend of Shamana.

Double entendres, can anyone think of examples of writers or artists slipping one in?
I'm going to give you one anyway. It's from prog 187 and appears in part 6 of the Strontium Dog story "The Shicklegruber Grab" (ouch!).

Armstrong Jones: Damn your eyes Alpha! You've boned me!

Johnny Alpha: What were you going to do to me, Jonesy? Hugs and kisses, was it?

"his Dredd is woefull especially that emerald ilse tosh but his other stuff is good"

If my Dad had seen Ennis's portrayal of the "Oirish" in Emerald isle it would have been impossible to convince him that it had been written by a fellow countryman, and I would have ended up with some very burnt issues of 2K. I accept that it was supposed to be a send up of stereotypes but the message was lost for the sake of p*ss-poor humour...spud guns indeed.

That asides I have enjoyed a lot of his other stuff and don't have a morbid dread (no pun intended, unless you thought it was really clever of course) of his return to 2K.
