I think people who pray to one diety or another constitute a considerable component part of our problems over the past few decades or so. Z

Right, say the earth and Coruscant are roughly the same size: 510 million sq km. Say we give every citizen on coruscant 93 sq m (the size of a large house). So divide 510 million Sq km by 93 sq m gives 5 Trillion 130 billion people. So say Coruscant is a planet wide city 2 km in height and we divide that by say 40 giving subdivisions 50 m high. That gives a potential population of over 205 trillion denzins with ample space for industry, business, recrestion etc. ;) Z

Missed this in QFT (Belfast). Still raging. Dune would be hard to translate properly on to the silver screen but I feel it is doable. Z
nb: as long as that talentless fucking pirate of a son of his and his sidekick hack pal Anderson don't get within a heighliner jump of it.

I always thought th we second Meg should have been centred on the San Diego/ Los Angeles region in Southern California. Extending it down the Baja penninsula didn't seem to fit. Then again it could be said the Big Meg extends into South Eastren Canada. The NW Hab Zone seems centred on an upland area west of Ottowa. Z

The mini series is more accurate (as far as it goes); the film is plotwise and in terms of accuracy a total failure. However some of the visuals from the film are memorable to say the least. Z
