General / Rogue Trooper Hardcovers?
23 January, 2015, 06:22:27 PM
I've just finished book 3 of Nu Earth tales, and I'd forgotten what a great read Rogue Trooper was, with some great art, especially from Kennedy and Dillon, to name but a few. I wondered if anyone knew if oversized hardcover versions were in the works? I believe IDW started to re-publish the classic stories, along with a new series, but were sadly dropped...so no hope of them printing anything soon I guess

General / Dredd Crossovers?
13 January, 2015, 09:02:57 PM
I am not generally a fan of crossovers however the Dredd/Alien and Batman books have caught my eye. Are they any good and are there any others to consider?

I generally by hardcovers so they last longer, and also they sometimes have extra content?

Just on vol 2 now and just love his work in these stories

Speaking of Battle And War Pictury Library I'm trying to hunt one down. The story involves German paratroops landing at an airfield in Crete and being held down for days by either a lone Tommy, or a small platoon?

Plus any stories by Joe Colqhoun, think Flashback was one...his art was amazing?

Thanks guys, I think Kenny Who is in the IDW books i mentioned. I also know he did a bit in Battle...fighting Mann, Clash of the guards etc
I used to get him and McMahon a little mixed up when I was younger but it's easy to see their distinct styles these days
