The cover art reminds me of Ian Gibson.
I think it's the ankles :)

Yep the face and the bottom third of the legs!

Surely that straightforward diversionary tactic wouldn't be enough to fool canny old Dredd...

I think at long last PJ's gonna get Got!But we'll see.

Enjoying the other strips too, especially Scarlet Traces.

Admit to being a bit confused by Anderson and finding the art makes the people look a bit dumpy.

Thanks Joe Soap and Tordelback for the recommendations - new stuff is thin on the ground it seems, but I'll give the ones you mention a go.

Bit off topic...so sorry about this..

But, can anyone recommend a few things Moore has done in the last 5-10 years that are really engaging?

I found that the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen became rather bland and haven't really got into Tom Strong. I managed to stomach a Crossed book recently, because his name was on it, but it was no more than average.

The last AM book I really enjoyed was something called Top 10 I think, with the childhood story of a big blue alien policeman who came from a fairytale type world.  It was a surprising and moving tale.  I've not read anything really impressive by him since I don't think.  This must have been about 10 years ago.

I don't mean to criticise Moore, as I love his work, I'm just keen to read anything of his that I'm missing out on (I've got Providence, but not read it yet..)

Wagner should write the 12 episodes now and store it away.

12 episodes, with Carlos on art for first and last and 10 other Dredd artists for the other 10 episodes. Bolland (if pigs will agree to fly, just this once) and McMahon. And then...8 others...

When the book didn't arrive today, I really thought the Thrill Suckers had won....

But with the help of Denise and the good people at DHL I have discovered that it was sent to my old home address and it is sitting in the local DHL Service Point and is available for collection in time for tomorrow!

It's not in my grubby mitts yet but I'm hopeful..

An enjoyable prog - always best when enjoyed in peace and quiet...

Dredd's great, rollicking along nicely and I just can't wait to see Oswin get her comeuppance.

Loving Brink and the other Space series with the Martians - the art the script, both lovely.

Davis Hunt is such a good artist that the FS shock was enjoyable despite being a pretty thin story.

Other than Black Shuck, which I just can't seem to get into(Yeowell's art is rather wasted sadly) a cracking prog I think! Good stuff Tharg.

Are the bookplates ordered from the 2000ad shop due to arrive before the GOSH signing?

Obviously arrival can't be guaranteed, but are they being sent out with the intention that they'll arrive in time (or not..)

Is anyone able to enlighten me? Molch-R perhaps..

Having ordered the bookplate, I sense a double purchase coming on. Apart from the additional cost, it would be a shame not to have all the signatures together.

AMAZING!

Love that Fabry wrap around - those smiling/gurning faces are superb!
Love the other cover too!
Love the line up!
A Bolland strip!
A McMahon page too!

Can't wait for September - oh happy day!

Many congratulations to Commando Forces on getting that amazing piece of art too!

Ahh...that'll be why it doesn't look like Bolland's recent stuff...err cos it's not him..

My little eye has deceived me!    :-[
