Any word on a bookplate or signed edition of Cursed Earth Uncensored? 

Sorry to bump an old thread, but has there been any update about this?  I believe the original media release talked about a September 2016 release, but the 2000ad trade and hardcover releases through January 2017 seem to be listed on Amazon and elsewhere and I'm not seeing any Misty material listed anywhere. 

Can anyone tell me what the espresso editions are? Janus, if you do decide to split the set of Crisis let me know as I need a few to complete my set.

Just wanted to say hello.  I have been a lurker for a while here on the forums, but I finally registered and look forward to getting to know everyone.  I've been a 2000AD fan since the late 80s and in the past year have really branched out from Judge Dredd to the rest of the amazing 2000AD universe.  I'm so glad that the world has become more connected as I still remember how hard it was to find 2000AD at the local comic shop in Southern California growing up.  Anyway, thanks for having me here.
