Well, if the character is as strong as Harry, you have another winner waiting to be unleashed.

Good luck.

Doesn't Harry Heston work in the cursed earth?

I'm sure he does, it would suit the idea!

Rotts, who never read the final solution, it was during an out of work phase so I missed it.

RAC: next will be ready in about 6-8 weeks. Takes a while for the ideas to ferment when you have to do it yourself!

Logan: Are you going to tell all or do we have to guess?

You are ex-military, so maybe some advice on military etiquette?

You lent Grennie a load of military theory books? or your collection of back issues?

I think its well sound of Grennie to include references to actual people as a thankyou.

Howdy folks, its me again with another installment of Whistler.

I have determined that I will need three more episodes after this one to 'finish' the tale I wan to tell.

PLEASE let me know what you think, especially with regard to my use of boarders. :)

My, thanks, as always, to Wake for letting me get away with this. Its an absolute thrill to see my doodles on th'net.

Rotts

I'm also presenting for future reference, a hint of the next piece that is already on the drawing board.

If you have missed the other two episodes of Whistler, they are in the Thrill-viewer, along with a TON of other good stuff.

Blimey, that may explain why she can be so stubborn. And she's hard as nails! Big Dave; my 'Belle would have him for breakfast!

Two Hulk related items for you.

1. My eldest was re-reading Moloch the other day, when he happily pointed out that the Hulk just has warp spasms doesn't he? I have to agree, that the two are related in a weird kinda way. Don't tell Pat I said that though.

2. My baby girl is only two (March 5th) and whilst I was driving her home from nursery this afternoon she pointedat the bus in front of us and exclaimed....

HULK!!

My heart was bursting with pride, I can tell you.

I bet there are many more examples of this sort of thing that can be put here; so lets 'ave em!

A rag, a bone, a hank of hair.....

Oh, yes.

I'm going digging for those tomorrow. That series has had new things to discover in it everytime I read it.

It was the first time I remember seeing the word Zeitgeist too.

And didn't Millers DDs look better in B&W too!

The version of 'hurt' that Johnny Cash recorded is superb. You can hear the pain and anguish in his voice.

My, what a cheerful bunch we are:

Entering: Theme to Midnight Cowboy as performed by Faith no More. One of the most moving covers I've ever heard.

Mid-point (optional) Moving by Supergrass.

Exiting: Everlong by the Foo Fighters. "Promise not to stop when I say when."

Recent funerals have included such gems as: Kylie (cant get you out of my head) for 'Cant say name', 9 years old-Leukeimia (sp)and Gareth Gates (Spirit in the sky) for a nurse who had had too much one day and parked her car on a train line.

Oncology wards are not, on the most part fun. But for every ten losses you make a friend for life.

Rotts, married to the nurse.

RAC is right, and Slaine WAS kicked out. However, Slaine has had his history mucked about with, IIRC he now remembers himself as being a hero for his entire life. I have no idea how Ukko is meant to figure in THAT version of his life.
