Peter Milligan.

As much as I really love the art of Boo Cook, I find Blunt unreadable.

Strontium Dog - my lord , Alpha runs through solid walls supposedly in the strip
and then with closed doors , that he suddenly enters with ease  - poor .

two things here - one, many thanks for bigging up Dogbreath, much appreciated. Two - Should Mike/Nick have spent 2-3 panels of a 12 page strip showing us Alpha climbing a wall/shooting a hole in a gate and kicking a door down/ just opening it and slipping through? Granted, there are storytelling options that could get round that but the point is that this just happens and is not the focus of the strip.

Film & TV / Re: Last movie watched...

Near Dark is a wonderful film.

I first saw that on VHS in '89(?) and watched it three times before it went back. A firm favourite in my house and a film I'm very pleased to say made the generational leap and my kids love it too.

Ooh, I know a couple of folk who would be great at this.

I must admit I'm always tempted to stick an application in for things like this - the interview alone would be a very good learning experience, but I know there is no way I could make it work.

I'm enjoying them - but wish they were 'more' (which is a ridiculous thing to say, I know) separate in terms of content.

The 'hook' for Anderson and the 'twist' for the FS - were very similar. The Cadet Dredd - nicely dovetailed into the the first robot war (though if the droids were harbouring their grudge for over 20 years then that shows just how patient machine scan be).

Two things from me on this - one I just ordered the Durham Red book! Woo and indeed Hoo! Not read these stories in a long time.

Secondly - in Repomen - I wonder if this edition will include the last Carlos story as well?

It was indeed a lot of fun, but WTF was going on in the pagination? Some of the text is ridiculously close to the edge of the page - check pg02 of the otherwise excellent Dollmann strip.

Hi all, hoping someone out there might have an answer for this.

The attached image is a Bolland piece - but from where? I initially thought it was a Wonder Woman cover - but my web-fu let me down.

Any help gratefully rec.

Yup, TMO has been using polybags for a good while now. Think it is a great thing, I do.
