QuoteMuch to my surprise this one is astonishingly quiet.
I assumed that nobody would vote for Interceptor over Indigo Prime, so it wasn't worth showing up. Perhaps others didn't think it was necessary too. (But then I came here anyway to point out that having such a grotesque mismatch of thrills makes this round of the contest somewhat pointless.)

Well it might be pointless but is still fun and entertaining. These earlier rounds we will have some lobsided match-ups but we also had top thrills losing.

I am not sure if this is the right spot but I just want to share this wonderful B/W cover for the collected Dragontamer by Leonardo Manco:

Well comiXology solved the one problem that I will not have a pile-up building up on that side. On 2000AD unfortunately I do not have the patient to wait; I download it; I read it immediately.

I also think part of the problem is that selling "books" on their website is not their core business anymore, the only focus now is on the cloud services. What made Amazon is now forgotten by them and they do not care.

look and learn with world of knowledge

the trigan empire continued. as for the learning and the knowledge, they passed me by. they could not compete.

If any else want to vote for this merger I have added it as well as an option :)

I had to consider this and it was a close call for me, but in the end the merger of Eagle and Scream was just *too disappointing*, because it meant Scream no longer existed. The circumstances surrounding its disappearance from the shelves is still raw all these decades later.

For me it was such a joy because I did not even know about Scream and with the merger it gave me The 13th Floor which quickly joined Doomlord and DD as top thrills

Battle Action Force could technically be called a merger. There were the Action Force mini comics given away in IPC titles before BAC appeared, So Action Force did exist as an IPC comic before it joined Battle!

Thanks for refreshing these memory banks I completely forgot the existence off those mini-comics

Battle Action Force was not a merger, just a re-titling: https://michaelowencarroll.wordpress.com/2019/06/02/branding-battle-picture-weekly/

This is a vote on favourite merger, not favourite comic.

Dare and Happenstance & Kismet transferred from Revolver to Crisis, but it was never described as a merger of the comics.

Yes I agree. It was not two comics that merge into each other. It was merchandise that became part of a comic forming a "new" comic.
