, and the new Tharg's 3Rillers story
from the new writer ( cudos to Andi Ewington )

He also wrote a 3riller called "Tooth and Nail" art by Staz Johnson in prog 2120-2122 and a Futrure Shock in prog 2128 called "Juncture"

The meg as it is now works for me. The only exception is as mentioned before is do a better synopsis. Now if you complain about the meg try keeping up with Heavy Metal (which is released every 3-4 months)

Tales of Telguuth was great and I loved the fantasy setting. Wish we can get more

And the floppie was introduced in Meg 275

With the meg they have always tinkered with the format:
From Meg 385 the total stories per month jump from 4 to 5.
From Meg 275 up until 376 a non-Dreddverse story was running in the Meg as well (but still only 4 stories)
From Meg 265 to 274 only 4 stories
From Meg 245 to 264 only 5 stories (but also with some non-Dreddverse stories)
From to 244 a mix back ranging from 4 to 6 stories (plus some reprints as well Charlyes' War for example)

I am not so keen on the once-offs. I find the structure of the Meg and how the stories work fine. As many suggested rather have a better  synopsis  of the current story arc.

I would like a series about Gerhardt. His ending in the prog was too abrupt.

She has been active since Chaos Day and the department looses Judges on a regular basis. So loosing a Judge is normal and just another stats

Losing a Judge in the line of duty and having a Judge just plain dissappear are very different things.

We always read the story out the perspective of Dredd and the perp not Justice Department. Pin also know how the department operates. She knew how to get away with it without being noticed. Surely they have personal who investigate the disappearances of Judges.

If you go digitally you can get back-issues from 2003 for both the prog and meg

I also do not believe having less but longer stories is a better option. With 5 you have a better balances. Just imagine not liking any story with less

I do have the same problem that I can not always remember what happened last. What I do now is to take the previous Meg and scan trough it to tingle my memory circuits.

I am fully digital and the double pages works like a charm on my iPad, so you can go for this option.

My biggest problem with the forum is that when I click on the Active Topics I would like then when I click on a topic to go to the last post I read.  But the forum is still quite easy to navigate for me.

I do not think Defoe returns next week but only in prog 2150 alongside Brink, Deadworld and Hope

On a personal note, as I don't do FB if this place goes I'll have no-one to talk with about 2000 AD or even many other things unless I'm at a gig.

I also feel the same. This is the only place where I can talk too like-minded people about something I really like and care for.
