I enjoyed the latest Meg,

The Dredd story is my highlight this month. Good solid Dredd tale.

I was little bit unsure of Diamond Dogs but episode 2 nails it for me and it looks like something that will be quite enjoyable.

The Returners feels like it should have told us more story but it is not getting out of the gates.

The Anderson and Demarco stories both have solid starts.

To see what is worthwhile just see what you can find that has been reprinted. If it's hard to get, then you know it is most likely not worth your time or effort. Most of the stuff you mentioned MumbiJimbo has not been reprinted. I will say it again stuff like Big Dave is just plain rubbish. I cannot remember any of these stories, but I can remember the stories prior to this period.

A very good prog again

Many times, I have been critical of McConville's Dredd stories because it will fluctuate between average and good. This round we get the good. What a enjoyable story from art to script.

Indigo Prime
From script side: it has very nice pictures
From the art side: it has very nice pictures

The ending of Absalom is just so sad but we knew from the beginning that we will have collateral damage. Rennie produces a brilliant script with great art from Tiernen

If you want happy endings then maybe Dredd is not the story for you.......

Tom Foster's last Dredd story was in prog 2040 "The Wrap-Up". He also did a story in the Judge Dredd Megazine "Storm Warning" running from 404 to 408.

The special was not bad but it is not really my cup of tea. I got it more of out curiosity.

I do not mind the longer stories I do not like it when we have a 2 year break between them. Brink comes to mind on the longer stories but the breaks between is sorter.

Starting in Meg 410 we have a new Anderson story by Maura McHugh and Patrick Goddard

As Dandontdare said most things you like is based upon the time that you who growing up. I really like the "chrome" logo whereas the ones that followed is to my taste. It is like the current Dredd logo I got used to it but I still prefer the classic one used for many, many moons.

But still I cannot understand the "hate" for the logo that will rule all logos  :'( :( :o

Thanks for rebooting to old memory circuits for me AlexF, I miss mister Talbot's work in the prog. He will always be my ultimate Nemesis artist.

Thanks for this Funt.

My favorite is still the "Classic [golden age] (178)", maybe I am bias but this is the logo I knew when I started reading AD.

The Samaritan was a very good Dredd story. Staz art really supplement the story superbly. Pity by the ending but not everyone (or anyone) in Dredd's world gets a happy ending.

Indigo Prime returns after a year so in limbo. I can never really say what I really feel about IP, what an awesome mind-bending story or it just do not make sense on any level whatsoever. At least for the last case we have some pretty pictures to look at.

Anderson is going on quite nicely. It is not standing out but still enjoyable

Absalom as ever is quite brilliant; art and story is strong. Pity that this is the finale but at least we will get an ending.

Thistlebone is building up each week and I can't wait to see where the trail is leading us. Davis art as always is brilliant adding to the mystery of the story.

Good prog
