Prog / Prog 2327 - Blood Ties

Another good prog 4 out of 5.

Dredd – A good one shot by Edginton and Gallagher. A mass murder leads the multiple arrest, and the lift scene made the whole story.

Durham Red – Still very much in building the context of the story. The last splash page was done really well and also is the start of the mission. Good stuff

The Order – The story is now literally on its last few episodes as more storylines conclude. Still waiting for the return of Anna missing from the first episode.

Enemy Earth – More of the same, not my favourite

Rogue Trooper – Rogue is trying the figure out where he is and what is going on. The action picks-up in the last few pages after we are introduced to the new team. Still interested on where Ennis is going with the story and Goddard's art is still fantastic.

Agree with you Sheridan, I do not like my text and pictures to be mixed. If I want to read text only I will grab a book

A good prog with one not so good one average and three good

Dredd – A dire Dredd story with Dredd being himself and a complete dick. Not my favorite Niemand scripted Dredd.

Durham Red – Great to see the return of Red and we are still very much in the build–up phase but we can see where this is going. This is my favorite interpretation of Red well done team.

The Order – The story continues its roller-coaster ride to its finale. It is a battel royale as Gideon's clash with Bacon's aerial assault.

Enemy Earth – Quiet surprise to see this return so early, one of my least favourite thrills since my return more than a decade ago. Well, I will give it another bash. First episode does not give me hope at all especially on the art front.

Rogue Trooper – Awesome, so glad to see one of my favourite classic returns and being used as part of its original continuity. Goddard was born to draw this, and the artwork is just top-notch. I like the ending of the story like a time-twister. Great work from Ennis glad to see his name in the prog again.

Some good reading there you will not be disappointed

Welcome and enjoy your catch-up.

A suggestion is too look at Nikola Dante as well - 11 books and it has a finale

Strontium Dog only start picking-up for me at the end of Search and Destroy Agency Files 1 (basically everything after including "The Schicklgrubber Grab" is great)

I have read it and most reviews here cover my sentiment as well. Just one thing which I think would work better than actually having these stories running over multiple regen progs is that each issue should feature more stories but all off them done and dusted. No need to read previous regen issues just pick it up and read it.

Enjoyed that thanks
