If you paid a deposit by credit card then you should be able to get a refund from the credit card company. You might need some kind of confirmation that the statue won't ever be sold - but the email you have there could be enough.

Oh yeah, I just subscribe to both and don't bother with the collections. I've got a complete set of progs and so just dig into the back issues if I want to read something (and they smell better, too).

I, too, am playing through the 360 game having missed it on the original Xbox. It's unpretentious fun, which is also a fair description of both films.

Might give the Dig a go. It's the only LUcasarts game I haven't tried. That said, I've just downloaded the remake of Monkey Island as well as Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis - so I'll probably go through them first.
