WoD: yup Books of Magic can indeed be yours, just drop me a line through sendmail with your address and I'll get it in the post.

Rac: why would your wife kill you? After all, it's not costing anything.
Unfortunately Gotham Central is already gone, though I might have the first tpb going if you want it. Vengeance of Bain II is indeed a one-shot, but I can't remember who did it (aside from the cover by Fabry). Let me know if there's anything you want off the list, as I reckon I owe you something anyway. If you're a Lovecraft fan then you might want to try Taboo, Steve Bissette's anthology featuring the likes of Neil Gaiman, Alan Moore, John Totleben and Eddie Campbell, and was the original publisher of From Hell.

Free, if you want. If you want to give me something that'd be cool, but I'm not going to force the issue. Drop me a line and let me know what you're interested in.

You want it? It's yours.

Well, you can't get everything as some people have claimed things prior to you. However, you can have whatever you want, and you don't have to offer me 10p either!

Yes, unfortunately I am attempting to get rid of my unwanted crap on the board. Apologies to all if I'm cluttering up what was a fairly neat and managable messageboard, and yes I do feel ashamed. However, after the ebay 'unpleasantness', I don't have anywhere to get rid of all this stuff, and I simply don't have the room anymore.

Basically, if someone wants to offer me something for any of these comics then I'll take it, but if you still want them and don't want to pay or exchange anything then you can still have them. It's first come first served, so grab what you want because anything left over is going in the bin.

I don't trust this schedule ever since it informed me that Queen & Country: Declassified was supposed to be out a month ago, and I've still yet to see hide nor bloody hair!

"At least you've been published before"

Where was this then - IN MY HEAD?
And I told you, I am not blowing up the world, no matter what your brother says!

Also where in my script does it say "She fires a gun toward the reader whilst leaping away from us, providing the reader with a view right up her pink-walled palace."

In fact didn't you change that from the original thumbnail, which was a side on shot (don't lie now - I kept physical and electronic of everything you've sent me thus far!)?

Like you can read anyway! You're Irish - if it ain't an ogham you can't comprehend it's meaning ("Magic lines on parchment! By Lug, this must truly be the work of Crom!")

Why are you mucking around on messageboards?

GET BACK TO WORK!

Even worse new for you, I'm afraid Rac: I couldn't find that copy of Gotham Central anywhere, although I'm sure I still have it. Nevermind - if I find it I'll give it you, but your other stuff's gone in the post now.

"I meant every word about you being a mime though."

You don't know how close to the grotesque truth you are...

[By the way, JEB, don't forget you can claim something for free from the other thread if you want.]

Rac: considering that you're already recieving a Gotham Central tpb, some weird Japanese porn and some other mysterious things that I'm sending you in addition, I don't really think you've got a leg to stand on - you're getting more free stuff than the person who won (can't believe I'm giving away my treasured coopies of Warrior to that Irish hoodlum! Still, at least I've still got The Daredevils.)!
Your 2000AD Adverts was rubbish, though.

Art: you get nothing, for failing to draw (or even spell correctly) a snail.

Is it any good? I wouldn't have given it away if I hadn't been bullied into it by JEB!

I mean, you've got the original b&w Marvelman, V for Vendetta, The Bojeffries Saga, Axel Pressbutton: Alan Moore, Alan Davis, Garry Leach, Dave Lloyd, Steve Parkhouse, John Ridgeway, Grant Morrison...ah, it's just blinding. Nearly as good as The Daredevils...

Send me your address and I'll get it in the post.

Okay, your turn to choose next Tank Grrl.

And the results are:

In 5th place is Mike C (who's already claimed a prize)

In 4th place it's .Woolly

In 3rd place is Futurequack!

In 2nd it's Tank Grrl

In 1st is PROFESSOR BEAR

So if the prof wants to choose first from either the batch of Megazines, the Cursed Earth pt. 1, Banzai Battallion or my treasured copies of Warrior, we'll move on down the line and the rest of you can have a bash.

However, as you were all so gallent in joing in, anyone who contributed to this thread can pick something from my pimping thread, if indeed there's anything there that they want:

To be fair, he is imprisoned in the walls of my house and hasn't seen daylight in two decades, so his memory isn't quite what it was.

This isn't a guessing game - it doesn't matter why, in reality, I was pissed off; you just have to think of an amusing reason why I could have been (and actually Tank grrls guess has probably been the closest yet, but then that's not really the point).

Sorry if the prizes listed were a bit shite: maybe I could throw in Sinister/Dexter: Gunshark Vacation and I maybe I could give away all my old copies of Warrior...
