Are all comics artists just frustrated musicians? They all seem to either play bass or drums (which means that they're not very good!)

"More pertinently, a Labour government is going to be voted out of office in a few weeks' time, or at least be left badly damaged, because hundreds of thousands of people can't bring themselves to ratify warmongers with their vote."

You're fooling yourself if you really think that, Duds. Labour will probably get a reduced majority, but they're still expected to be head and shoulders over the rival parties.

A boy's best friend is his mother.

Why, she wouldn't even harm a fly...

I never got a reply to my emails, so eventually I just went out and bought it, with the Future Shop book turning up a couple of days afterwards.

I just decided to use it as a cheap Christmas gift and gace it to a friend of mine.

Good review, Amstor. I too appreciated the added introduction, whilst at the same time bemoaned the lack of a covers gallery.

Also, I had the exact same thing happen to me with the first Dante collection, re buying from the Future Shop, then giving up and getting ot from somewhere else, only to end up with two copies.

I got this almost two weeks ago and I still haven't finished it yet - just too busy, I guess!

What is it with you bloody people?

Ranson finishes the whole Half/Life saga with City of Death, then Dave Taylor takes over artistic duties for just 48 pages on a more 'traditional' style Anderson story.

No-one's being taken off artistic duties, no stories are being broken up, they're entirely seperate. Now I love Arthur Ranson, and have done since I was wee, and he's definitely the best Anderson artist in my mind, but I really like Dave Taylor's art, and I think like most Dredd world stories, the strip easily allows other artistic interpretations.

Just calm down and stop making a mountain out of a molehill - try giving people the benefit of the doubt for a change.

Useful for twatring someone over the head when they start slagging off an artist just because he's drawing a strip that's currently drawn by his favourite artist cum sugar daddy!

If only I could see whatever it is that's on this video, but unfortunately our computers are so mind numbingly slow that, coupled with the fact that they've all had their sound cards removed, there's notreally any point in trying.
