I wonder if Rebellion would consider commissioning a Judge Dredd story seperate from the weekly, collected in graphic novel form, not unlike the evil corporate, capitalists of DC and Marvel do?

Would other fans buy it? I'd certainly be interested in such a project.  :)

As a tie-in to be promoted with something else - like the Ma-Ma prequel - maybe, but 2000AD still needs to fill a 5 page hole every week and the Megazine 10 pages a month, so it makes more financial sense to put them in either of those two established venues, and the plus is it might boost their sales a little. Then of course they'll always be collected for the larger market like the US. The novelty - like the old annuals - is good but is it worth it?

Tharg only knows, I guess!  :)

I might've done the same with the Durham Red adventures years ago (something new coming out by any chance?).

A new Durham Red strip will appear in the 40th anniversary Prog!  :)

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2

I'm getting pretty bored of the Marvel movies, particularly after Doctor Strange: Curse Of The Dull And Underdeveloped Villain, but this looks like a lot of fun.

Nice The Sweet tune in the trailer too!

In fairness, 2000AD is no more guilty of this than U.S publishers, so the accusations are a little unfair.

This series of Flesh has been a bit of a misfire, but considering uncle Pat has been in the game over 40 years, he's entitled to a few duds from time to time-and I've been really enjoying Savage, somit's no biggie for me.

Nintendo!
Rope Capcom in on doing an exclusive (and good) Resident Evil game and all is forgiven!

Totally missed this until now, but looks interesting - Passengers

Looks like a dull mash-up of Gravity and Sunshine to me, with an insipid romantic subplot, but time will tell, I guess!  :-\

I'd be quite surprised if a sketch cover hadn't been considered - if you're not going to do it for the 40th then when?

Nice!  :)

Fingers crossed!  ;)
