the situtation I`m imagining is like this. I have a busy comics cafe. I want my customers to be able to read my progs without damaging them. I can`t buy GNs of everything in the progs, so I scan them onto disk and let the customers read them in the cafe (no they can`t make copies).
  I imagine whoever has the Book of Kels does the same thing (not that I`m suggesting that Spice Girls or Silo are as valuable as the Book of Kels.

if I scanned progs so that people could read them at my hypothetical comic cafe without damaging the progs, would that be a problem, hypothetically speaking?

this is a strange, but irresistable thread. I think the real reason female GIs exist is so that 2000 AD can have stories featuring women with gravity-defying breasts for the mostly-male readership.
 As for Rogue`s nads a few thoughts occur;
- Milicom could have made some with nads, some without....you know, `new improved, no-town-halls model` kind of thing
- they could be given balls but keep them in their body, like the ninjas in the Bond book did. I asked a doctor if it was possible to do this (be trained to keep your balls in your body) after I read `You Only Live Twice` and he said
"I suppose so. Did you do your homework last night?"
- if they could make them sexless, so as to not reproduce and take over the universe and/or get distracted, couldn`t they make them unable to go rogue?

seriously, wouldn`t it be great? if you wanted all of a particular character, rather than getting all those old progs, taking up loads of space, you could just have them on one cd. They have the technology!
