Okay, it's a few words over, but what the hell:

While investigating the murder of a citizen, Dredd has to inform the man?s wife of his death.
He does his best to comfort her... he finds himself coming back again and again. Dredd starts to feel something; he knows what it is... something he had denied himself all his life.
But now... now there was Rico. The city would be safe in his hands.
Before his relationship becomes illegal, Dredd informs the Chief Judge. He resigns. As a reward for his years of service to the city, he is given a change of name and face. He sets off with his new wife in their new truck, into the Cursed Earth, looking for a new life.
He dies many years later, surrounded by him family. His wife and children.
Happy.
Loved.

He gets ass cancer, and dies.

The only interesting thing about the whole thing is that it helped me make it to my first million on celebdaq.

He wouldn't draw Rouge for me on Saturday, so I don't fancy you're chance Paul..!

Cool. My cousin played drums for Therapy? on the first couple of albums.

My firsy gig was seeing Big Country, in '86 or '87.

The first album I bought, I'm pretty sure, was Kings of the Wild Frontier, by Adam and the Ants.

Can't rememebr my first single... but I have a suspision it was either Are Friends Electric?, or something from Grease... probably the Grease one, thus blowing and cool cred I may have picked up on the first one.

I never liked his SD stuff at the time, but I was looking at some back issues recently, and by god, he did some great work on that strip.

Don't know where he is now, though.

It was my youngest sons, Ewan, birthday at the weekend, and my mum bought him a Dr X robot (which is flucking cool by the way) and the artwork on the box was so familiar, I just could place the artist.
