The first film was set in what, 1938? The film was released what, 20 years ago? That means Indy will now be in 1958 - which means he'll be fighting commies. In Indo-China. So Indy IV will be like the Quiet American but with added Ankor Watt desecration, wire-fu fighting Shaolin monks and evil commie-nazis after the mystical power of buddha.
