Books & Comics / Re: Goosebump moments in comics.

Sandman, (once it gets into gear) is possibly the best comic you're ever going to read

So many "goosebump" moments

It's been criticized an awful lot for being pretentious, in a nerdy goth way ,
But,as comics go.... i...deep breath,,, think it's better than Watchmen

there..  i said it

caveat--2nd Favorite is Love and Rockets

the tags or quotations ..or whatever they are on peoples posts ..are really annoying and difficult to distinguish from an actual post since the redesign..a minor annoyance

but worth a mention

I have irrefutable proof that cats are evil and have been contemplating putting it on youtube. It is of my mums cat first toying with a sparrow then eating all but its head.

If enough people give me the nod, it will be posted on youtube and linked on this site.

I have a lovely photo of a small pile of cat vomit on top of which sits a mouses head- like some sort of ghastly xmas tree decoration

If enough people give the nod etc etc

A Scream bumper edition like the forthcoming Misty and Battle collections would be a very nice thing indeed

I've been getting the DC House of Mystery and House of Secret collections- some great stuff in there- some not so great too though

Also there are collected reprints of Warren comics Eerie and Creepy that are worth a look
