I am sorry that you have had some problems with the delivery times on the shop. We try to ensure that orders are fulfilled as soon as they can be.

The shop is set up so that 2000 AD fans have one place where they can purchase Dredd related items. Sometimes we have to order in new stock to cater for orders from the shop. We cannot hold large amounts of stock as we are working out of offices not a dedicated warehouse.

The minatures was a limited offer to those who subscribed to 2000AD or Meg or both. The offer ended on the 28th July so you will have to get them from their site.

We will look into whether we can sell them from the 2000ad shop.

I am writing to apologise for the problems that we have encountered on the digital archives. We had been given assurances that the archives were in production and ready for the consumer by the third party we were working with.

As I am sure you are aware this has not been the case. We have now found out the accurate situation on where we are with the archives. The third party who has been responsible for the production of the archives has finally told us that despite his assurances the product is not finished. We have now spoken to another party who can produce these archives but they have certain issues to solve before the product is ready.

In light of these circumstances we would like to offer those of you who have ordered the Digital Archive a full refund within the next working week and copies of the Rebellion graphic novels as compensation.

We are still working on this project and will offer those of you who have ordered a copy of the Archive a complimentary copy when they are ready.

Hello gents,

I have seen the finished article now for the archive and have approved the finished product, they will be finished and dispatched on Wenesday. Originally I had said the week of the 3rd but the double bank holiday has had a knock on effect.

Sorry for the delay but we are now ready to send out your copies and they will be with you by the end of this week if not the beginning of next.

The first orders of the digital archive have been sent back to the printers because we were not happy with the quality of the product. They will be reproduced and dispatched in the week of the 3rd of June. I apologise for the delay and a mail will be sent to all those people who have ordered the product explaining the situation.
