I asked Jamie about this (I think at DCV) His reply was something along the lines of the story being a trilogy, and the final part would be collected.

Personally I don't know why they didn't wait and collect the entire trilogy in one bumper edition, but there you go.

Was this picture taken seconds before the only recorded time when Wulf used the phrase "Oh my poor Heartssees!" ?

I never thought much of the Johnny/Wulf relationship stuff...
