So, how old is he, and can Tek-Div slow down his ageing, reverse it, or even stabalise it?

If Dredd, Rico, and the other clones were a result of "Accelerated Cloning", is it possible that Tek-Div could also control the aging process, and even decelerate it, especially as we're now what 50 years since they were "accelerated"?

Working now I've routed around NTL by using a proxy,

PJ, how does that work exactly?
I want to try and go through a proxy, but have no idea how.

Was Young Death ever reprinted as a DC/Rebellion, or Rebellion book? I know there's a Hamlyn edition, but I'm sure I've seen a different edition, with a different cover (Amazon?).
