Ahhhhh, it seems like only yesterday i was thinking: this relationship has the potential to last.

Actually, it was yesterday.

Hmm, May have been Tuesday?

'she's a man-hungry cocksmoker'

Well, that's the diet coke out of my nose, and all over the monitor. Cheers.

She either wants to just be friends.

Or, even though you think you have, you haven't made your intentions toward her clear.

Nice fluffy monsters.

Well done Max.

When you split from her can we expect a 'What a Bitch' post, followed with an indepth break down of how it's her loss and which of her endearing qualities began to grate first?

Loved the first half of Collateral it really seemed to capture night life in a big city, but the second bit was the usual Hollywood pap

Spoiler - Hitman who out guns everyone in the film including numerous policeman can't even wing Jamie Fox when they stand toe-to-toe in a duel? But untrained Cabby gets a bullseye. Hmmm.

Bourne Supremacy was good but the truly frantic editing really made my head swim.

Also Karl Urban looked a bit girly. :)

At work at the moment I'd be Whinge, Question or Surf.

At home I'd Idol or Couch.

Moses! I've come to this late so i'm probably just echoing what others have said but most of my gay friends use Queen as a term of endearment and as a slight dig at each other. Devlin being the Queen was completly obvious to me. I would ask my friends what they think but then "Comics are for kiddies, darling and you need to get over them" is the general opinon.

Max if ya want to be a good soldier and then a  good detective get out there and meet folks. The world is full of diverse cultures and people and a better understanding and appreciation of what you don't know will be a huge help in both jobs. Good luck and remember if you ever arrest me to use the fluffy handcuffs.

The first Dredd words i remember are "Junior Angel for crimes against humanity i sentence you to death" (or something similar) as Dredd throws JA into the lava atop fire mountain. Class.

...only for him to be rescued by the fire people.

ARGHHHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh(The scream of a grown man on his knees in severe mental distress!)

I think His Majesty and PVS sum up how i feel.
(saves me a long post)

2000ad might have a very loyal fanbase but it's not a charity case to be propped up in times of need.

Financial reality will probably have us paying 10p+? more for our thrills before the year's out anyway.

My condolences, Gordon.

I feel the audience for 2000ad is easily old enough to have experienced a lot of the grief that life can throw at them and can put into perspective any occurrences in a story that might strike a cord with real world events.

Personal tragedy will always have a fresh painful edge to it for the individual, but all good stories are based on what really happens in life and will give reminders to those similar events have affected. It can?t be helped.

Life goes on, no matter how much some people want to fight that fact.

Tulkas ? talking bollocks.
