Yeh summer assault looks awesome.

But I find it a total wind-up that they put janky US comic's next to the names of our top creators - like John Wagners best work is 'Batman: Legend of The Dark Knight' or Carlos's best stuff is 'War Stories:Condor'. I mean I know why they do it, but its still feckin irritating. Patronising gets.

The CW stuff that was reprinted in the 2 Titan books years ago is due to finish in the Meg in the next few months by my reckoning.
If there's gonna be an end to the Meg reprints thats the natural time to do it I guess, otherwise you have to go back to the original 'Battle' issues to scan them.

CW ran weekly for around 6 years, so say 300 episodes. The Meg has so far reprinted 32.

Yeh nice interview - great to see him name check "Ian Kennedy, John Cooper, Mike Western, Victor Fuentes, Cam Kennedy and Joe Colquohoun".
Those guys are truly underappreciated as he says.

OK Project Gutenberg is the best place to get .txt files of out of copyright books.

If you use a P2P network such as Kazaa, WinMx or Audiognome then u can download up to date books (note - its illegal to do this).

To convert .txt files into .lit Microsoft Reader format e-books ( I dunno how to get them into Palm format) you :-
(1) Go to link below, download & run the free executable file. This is a free Microsoft add-on that enables any word doc to be converted to a Microsoft Reader .lit file at the click of a button :)
(1) Paste your .txt into a Word document.
(3) press the convert button !

I've given up reading this as its not worth the effort of bending down to pick the Metro up on the tube in the morning. So it must be bad.
