Ill have to reread Nic, I loved it! I'm now thinking I read it wrong :o
The Meg is on a roll at the moment, its great! I love Jack Staff, never read Kane but heard good things. Anyone remember the strip in Comics International.
I think it was a spin off of Jack Staff, called the Claw, and his name was Bulmer,  alsothe creator of the Steel Claw in Valiant

I have not read much of his, but the first DMZ  trade didn't grab me and Northlander's was very hit or miss. The first Vol is top class, second not so much, third great etc, I have stuck with it though and in general its a good comic with some really great moments.
Rebels sounds interesting, and I'm a sucker for historical comics, so Ill give it a try in trade.

Delighted everyone is enjoying it, its a cracking title. Richard had done a sterling job on the artwork, and the cover too. Glad  you finally got it Jim, and ta for the help too!
Monster is not on the cards, and Invasion 1984 might be one for the future, Its quiet long IIRC it runs to something like 120 pages, I have a few more to do before its considered.

Great review, Thanks! I didn't realise that you had bought a copy too.. your review pointed out another idea that W&G had recycled from HOD, the 'hands' trying to grab the characters, used again in Anderson.
The 'trapped in someone else's twisted vision' is something John Wagner had used a few times, The 13th Floor and Strontium Dog, Journey to Hell and Roadhouse. I'm sure someone will pop up to name more.

Nice on Jim!  Jimbo, I am hoping to do a third 13th Floor, and reprint the first two as well. If it happens you will hear of it!
