But the recent reappearance of Thread 1 inspired me to venture down, deep into the bowels of the board... little did I realise what UNSPEAKABLE HORRORS lay in wait for me. I followed the trail... Thread 2, 3, 4... and got as far as Thread 150 before, realising the true extent of my folly, I scrambled back to the safety of the surface. I live to tell the tale, but I shall never recover from the vile and indescribable things I saw down there.

I implore you all, DO NOT GO DOWN THERE! For NAMELESS DREAD slumbers there, waiting for all those foolish enough to approach it... AIIEEEE! THE BEAST! THE BEAST!

If you're in the South-East, you'll need to negotiate the twin horrors of obscene property prices and obscene travel prices. The rule of thumb I've always been told is that you'll be OK as long as your combined accommodation and transport costs aren't more than half your income. If necessary, in the short term you could put most of your posessions into storage and get somewhere small and cheap until you work out a long term solution. And take the opportunity to sell off tuff you don't really need, this should provide a few extra bob. Oviously I don't include your progs here.
