The Three Goats Heads, next door to the Oxford Union.

I'll be there... take it as fair warning ;)

They've just revamped the entire Oxford Tube line, and its not quite such a horrible journey as it used to be. More legroom, for one thing...

ATAVAR and BISON are currently available. WARDOG should be out at the end of September.

BATMAN/DREDD FILES is out now. SINISTER DEXTER: GUNSHARK VACATION is out in the next week or so.

*All* of these should now be available on Amazon, and we're working on the other distribution avenues. Expect full bookstore availability in the next month or so.

ROGUE TROOPER: THE FUTURE OF WAR is the first of four books which will collect the complete Traitor General story, as it ran in 2K.

MEKNIFICENT SEVEN is the same stuff as the Titan edition.

"Why, since the Batman/Dredd files is out now, doesn't the current 2000AD have a full-page ad for book, as well as a run-down of future releases?"

Because it's more useful to use ad space for, y'know, paying customers...

"Why not use some space in the Meg to promote these new titles - cover images, preview pages, interviews etc. "

May yet happen.

It's all set in the WildStorm Universe - much like the DC Universe, which is home to Batman, Superman, etc., but with more t*ts and violence ;)

The full continuity of STORMWATCH et al is far too dull to go into at length; suffice to say you should read Warren Ellis' STORMWATCH run, Adam Warren's GEN 13, Joe Casey's WILDCATS (both volumes, despite what miserable old Art says) and Ed Brubaker's SLEEPER. That's pretty much the best of the WSU, as far as I'm concerned.
