By crikey, it's arse. That Benny Hill Dalek in this month's SFX was better. And not to let an opportunity go by . . .

GENESIS OF THE DALEKS IS FUCKING SHITE.

Actually, it was Bolland who changed the high heels to something more practical in 'Judge Death Lives', cunningly using the plaque on her Boing(R)coffin to diguise this. As for her age, the 1984 2000 AD Annual implies she was born in 2080 which would make her 46 years old.

'No comic book author has ever written a play. Not one that's actually been performed, anyway...'

I'm pretty sure that Grant Morrison has had a couple of his plays performed.

The Hawk books were incomplete, iirc, due to Keith Watson's artwork alternating between colour and black and white.

Any word yet as to when Titan is gonna be reprinting The Man who Drew Tomorrow?

'Likeably cheesy cosmic rays'?

Solar Wind crisps, indeed! That, or you're making unsubstantiated claims as to a certain editor's personal hygiene.

'Wasnt the man in Dan Dare with a gun welded to his hand called Hitman?'

Yeah, Gunnar was the first Space Fort crew member to get his brains sucked out by those giant worm thingies.

Finding Nemo: yeah, I know it's a film with talking fish, but that encounter between Nemo and the deep sea angler fish should've seen one of 'em ending up as paste.

Universal translators: the actors' lips always match their dialogue even though they're s'posed to be talking a language different to what we're hearing.

I'm sure I've read somewhere that lasers would be ineffective as weapons if used in space. Apparently, inverse triangles cause 'em to diffuse, or summat. If so, it not only spoils just about every space opera but also pishes all over Dubya's plans to revive Ronald Raygun's Star Wars project.
