Has anyone seen the "Advanced Hair Studio" advert that lasts for 3 minutes and details the "strand-by-strand process" for hair gain?

It was on really early in the morning, and it started off with Graham Gooch and Austin Healey, but then had a load of people called "Mr I.T, Businessman" on it.

I can't figure out if it was a joke or not because it was so bad.
