Correct, Dante will be the last nine volumes, 72-80. Sadly Dante isn't on that bit of the spine art!

It will be nice if Dante is consecutive, but I am confused. The first volume has just been released, as issue 8. Or does it mean I will have to wait until 72-80 to get the rest of them?

If we know when they are coming is there a list of the complete set somewhere?  If so anyone got a link?

Yeah I like the look of this. I would like to know a bit more about suitability for kids and stuff like that.  I have signed up for the newsletter at the bottom of the page and hope to hear more soon.

Downloaded Rogue Trooper on my sons switch last night.
Cool thing about the Switch is the parental controls. I only let my kid play some 12 year rated games (Zelda is ok for instance) But I can install rogue and turn on the parental controls and all is good. He can't access it until he hacks the code :-)

Great game by the way.

Downloaded Rogue Trooper on my sons Switch last night.

Love it. It is the first time I have played on the Switch so still need to get acquainted with the controller but the game is great. I remember the story and the actions from the PS2 version.

Still really like the way you can aim grenades and mines and the sniping is sweet.
Agree that the auto hide behind feature gets a bit sticky at times to get out of and would prefer a button for this.

Ahh I just checked out the website and noticed this:

But that's not all - we've also got some news! While it was originally slated to release soon after other platforms, development of the Nintendo Switch edition has now finished ahead of schedule.
That means today we can reveal officially reveal that Rogue Trooper Redux launches on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC globally AND on Nintendo Switch in North America on October 17th!

Don't fret, European fans - The Switch edition for Europe and other territories is also targeted for October 17th, and a final release date will be confirmed soon. As soon as we know for absolute sure, we'll let you know.

Don't forget Rogue Trooper: Redux;)

Is there a scheduled date for the Switch yet? I am waiting on this so I can nick the switch off my kid for a while.

Thanks for the response. For me not displaying the total amount before asking for my credit card details means I will not shop.
I will not give my card details if I don't know the total amount. I think anyone who does is a bit crazy the amount could be anything.

Maybe there is a confirmation step before the card is charged. But if I decide to stop at the confirmation step I have still given you my card details!!!!

To me this is a no-brainer but maybe I got it all wrong.

Also unchecking the "use this as my delivery address" under the billing address should then take you to a screen where you enter the delivery address. It does not it skips to card details. There is a delivery bullet in your wizard steps but it is skipped.  Seems like a bug to me.

Yeah I have done it twice more using Opera and Chrome and it is definitely print and it just skips from billing to payment even when "use billing as delivery" is checked or unchecked.

I am using my account and am logged in maybe i'll try it logged out.

I just went to the shop to take advantage of the 50% reduction for Rogue.
I have not been there a while it is ok.
When I go to through the checkout process it asks for a billing address and then skips to credit card, without displaying total amount including shipping.

Is it just me or should it display the amount I am going to pay before I give up my card details?

The cart/trolley does not display any info about delivery nor can I find anything in the FAQ.
I ain't giving my card up without knowing the amount. Also no PayPal?

cheers

General / Re: Something Rogue Troopery in the offing?

Looking at the vids it seems like it is the same game as last time. The opening challenge is the same as the original game, is it not?  It looks very familiar.

Is this just going to be the same game (storyline, tasks etc) as the old one spruced up for newer consoles?
Or am I missing something?

Help! / Re: Music file format question
22 May, 2017, 01:46:05 PM
I have been using Audiograbber for years.
http://www.audiograbber.org

It will rip to loads of different formats but I rip to WAV and MP3 on  a Windows system.
It rips the CD to WAV and then encodes to MP3. I keep the WAV so I have an uncompressed version of the song and the compressed MP3.

Simple to use and run also has a button to link to FreeDB to get the song details and can read CD-TEXT from the CD and such.

When I am ripping Vinyl I rip to FLAC and MP3. Mainly due to the software I use for that (Audacity)

Good luck with it all.
