It is indeed Graham Manley in this years Dandy annual and Billy The Cat is drawn by the talented Wayne Thompson who also draws Billy Whizz, Jo-Jitsu and Agent Dog2Zero in the Dandy.

Bit new to this and only popped in let anyone who may be interested know that the Morrison/Quitely mini series, Flex Mentallo is up for grabs on ebay at the moment. I will drop by again as I may be useful when it comes to enquiries such as "Who's drawing Billy The Cat in the Beano?" and "Is that Graham Manley in this year's Dandy annual?" are posed!
