I thought she was in it, had the hot on and passed out.

I wouldn't stand on moral judgement on these people but I certainly have no sympathy when people screw up their lives due to hedonistic excesses.

Compare this seedy drug addled end to those five teenage girls killed in a crash in Equador - one is a tragedy the other is a pair of stoners who had it all and threw it away.

Just say no kids!

Adjust your site setting to what I was advised to do on the thread below and all will become clear at all times!

In Glasgow there are a couple, one on Renfield Street and one at the Botanic Gardens for two. Both have been converted into 'Copaccino' coffee counters.

The other one blew up though, albeit with a bucket of water. Did the Doctor know his water pistol was non lethal? I suppose so, otherwise he's have used his 'do anything' sonic screwdriver.

Isn't firing a water pistol at a firey man the same as shooting a gun at a real man? Pacifist my eye!

Thought it was OK but Tate is a royal pain in the arse. Surprised at the logic in going back for the family but at least they didn't suggest that one of their decendants created the daleks or something.

I confess I'm a bit lost too Indigo. Look for my review of Prog 1581 on the review site to see some expert bluffing. Is Savage in it pretending to be someone else or is it a double double-bluff? I miss Silk, he always plot recapped for we slower kids out there.

Got mine too.

No letters but a decent GRennie Dredd with a familiar people with secrets trapped in a building. A bit of Justice One anyone?

'Spoilers' didn't work Ush and totally ruined that post for me!

I agree wholeheartedly with the smileys comment which is probably why I don't go to 2000adreview as often as I once did.I don't know how to do that shooting gun one and felt inadequate. :o(

One thing that site does have is a user friendly input panel that lets you click for bold or italics without all that messy brackets nonsense.

Ha it worked - I'd recommend this view to all (who probably have it already). First nugget of gold I'd of otherwise missed was the return of Demonoid. Hog Heaven!

First of let me say it's great here with a wide variety of interests and talents on display and Wake does a  wonderful job of culling the plebs and keeping things ticking over. Indeed the functions here are light years ahead of other forums I use such as Betfair which doesn't allow pictures or links or even swearing - the cnuts as they say on there.

One thing I would change would be the front page where the most recent post in each of the categories are shown. Obviously some categories are more popular than others, so a thread can quickly fall off the radar before most are even aware it exists. Of course you could labouriously click each of the category headings to see what's new but wouldn't a 'last ten threads' layout be easier all round? Obviously when creating the thread we'd still catogarize it to assist searching down the line, but apart from that would it matter if all the new threads were bundled together with a dropdown available for jumping to the reviews, for example, if required?

I'm not moaning and totally unable to offer any help as to how this may be done but I thought I'd blab on anyway. By way of example this is the first post in 'Debates' since 8th April but in Film/TV 8 threads have been created and buried in the meantime.

I'm sure you know what I'm grasping that and would again emphasise that Wake does a great job and this is a marvellous *Free* resource that I spend too much time on as it is anyway.

Anyone else with ideas to bug our Webmaster with?

Free with tomorrow's Diana newsletter is a double war DVD with 'A Matter of Life and Death' and 'The Heroes of Telemark' with other, increasingly crappy ones, as the week progresses. Remember, you don't have to read the paper.

Off Topic / Re: Dreams /nightmares/premonition...

I had a really vivid dream that Rangers beat Sporting Lisbon 2-0 the night before the Ibrox game. After mentioning it to a few people and having a cheeky £10 on it I was disappointed when the game finished 0-0.

Then last night Rangers win 2-0 away! I'd only gone and dreamt the unlikely aggregate score! Bah!

I also had a dream that Lennox Lewis would beat Razor Ruddock in the third round which he duly did, alas unbet by me.

I don't doubt that I have thousands of sporting dreams and it's only the ones that come off that I remember.

My main recurring dream is that I've bought a big rambling house and I keep finding extra rooms in it, some hidden others more obvious. I'm sure that's a classic for the dream analysis people. Something about untapped potential or incompetant surveyors.

I used to like reading the dream dictionary that the looky-looky men left in the office. 'You dream of tadpoles - that means your house will burn down'.

My Dad was another who never gave a lift to anyone, so much so when the pals and I were organizing a night out someone always said 'Is your Dad bringing the mini bus tonight Steve'? Bit embarassing but I suppose he was one of the let him fend for himself brigade. My friend Grant's Dad Joe, was the complete opposite so much so he was known as 'Joe Le taxi'.

The laugh is now my Dad asks for small favours like a 30 mile round trip so I can keep the cat company while he's on holiday! I've also had the odd airport run hint, but I think it's better if the folks fend for themselves!
