Need to see your CV Bad City Blue!

I did apply to Pointless with my brother but we didn't hear back. Think two dull middle aged men isn't what they are after!

A bump as the Grand Final is this Friday, Channel 4 at 3pm.

As a treat (!) here are the team photos I was sent for the two shows that I have appeared on.

Haha I weigh plenty thanks! Presently on a diet, Friday notwithstanding. At 14st 11lb with a target of 13 stone - gonna be a long winter!

Not really a holiday but it is in Germany (probably). Yes it's Octoberfest at the fine West Brewery. Here I am having a fine meaty goulash - this bad boy was a meal in itself.

This year there was no pre-order and over the oom-pah band I could hardly hear the options so went for the schnitzel which to me is a but of chicken deep fried in breadcrumbs. Not here - this was a flattened pork steak covered in mushrooms. I'm no fan of fungi but at least it came with chips.

It took me a while and more than a few quid but I now have a full run (apart from the £2,500 pulped issue). It's great but does get a bit samey - only so many ways you can put a person in a shark's mouth! Look Out For Lefty was very repetitive but there were loads of great stories and some cracking art from some familiar faces.

Megazine / Meg 365 - BRING ON THE NEXT TWENTY-FIVE
17 October, 2015, 10:24:37 AM
A Prog and Meg breakfast treat for me today. Lovely Barry Kitson cover with plenty of bad guys to sort through.

Dredd and Beeny start out on a new Total War battle - interesting that the City's population is already up to 72 million - that's a power of shagging although Dredd puts it down to refugees - topical!

There are four letters none of which were mine!

Andrew Honan, London :7th - last Meg 341
Alex Frith, London : 18th - Last Prog 2013. Remains at Number 12 on the all time Beast List.
Christy Law, London : First
Kevin Hennessy London, actually Co Wicklow : 2nd , previous M169 V3.66

Prog / Prog 1953 - BODIES OF EVIDENCE

Must be a record for Paisley Posties with the Prog and Meg fall waking me up at 8.30 on a Saturday morning.

Lovely Ryan Brown cover and some great procedural developments in Dredd's 'Serial Serial'. That's all I've read so far - sue me! No letters.

Are you allowed to tell us if you'll be back (I think Sandi said you were likely to return, but not a given)?

I can officially reveal that I make the Grand Final which was filmed back in August. I won show 19 and was 6th on the leader board. That was filmed on the Wednesday. They film 3 shows a day and by Saturday I got a call saying I'd made the final which was filmed less than a week later. No spoilers, but it's an exciting finale!

It's easy sitting in your chalet Cosh! I'll get a Youtube up of the finale later. Just did a count - 21 right and 3 wrong. Poor Phillip didn't get one wrong the whole show!
