Re Judge Dredd Case Files 0

YYYYYYYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!

I love it. I was just thinking last night I wonder if they'd do this considering they're now well under way with the black & white plus colour case files.

I assume this will be colour and black and white as they're too many great colour Dredd stories from the annuals not to do this.

Does any one have a list to hand of its likely contents?

It was a great Dredd episode but I would have loved to have seen the last panel being Dredd riding off into the distance with the lawyers words reflecting his own exit instead of the lawyer being the last thing we see (if you know what I mean). In fact if any one feels especially kind, would someone be prepared to make a mock up of this in photoshop? If they would that would be great.

This is all just my opinion of course and who am I to question The Master (Mr John Wagner)

Classifieds / Ebay Advice

I have literally a shed load of progs and comics to sell on Ebay.

What is the best way to do it?

Individual items put on for however long with a buy it now price so hopefully whoever needs the item will see it and eventually buy it or multiple items on a ten day auction type deal?

Thats exactly the response I was hoping for/expectly. Cheers.

This is a silly thing to say but it just occurred to me how much I like this forum and how much I like you all.*

I don't really know who you are but most days I pop on the board, read what's on your mind, and the majority of the time am entertained.

I don't want to name any names because I think everyone brings something interesting to the message board. The hive just makes me smile for example I've had some shitty news recently but the whole Thryllseeker Tordelback Slaine pact cheered me up.

I've got to say continuity minutiae and timelines are threads I really enjoy but there's always something to enjoy. I often skim the review thread's cos its all subjective (objective?) But take more care to read when I've either really liked a strip or disliked one as I'm interested in hearing what the board has to say.

Anyway heres to the board. And YOU! Yes YOU!

* Except Richard Cairns. He's someone I still remember as seeming slightly....horrible.

Help! / Re: Marvel UK Incredible Hulk Question
07 August, 2009, 01:47:00 PM
I have the first issue and its deffo from 1982. I imagine it was a relaunch to tie in with the TV programme as there were lots of photos or Bill Bixby and Lou Ferringo.

I've already looked at the wikipedia site and there's no mention of it. Also I saw those items on Ebay and the comic logo (very 1980s) doesn't match the gallery on GCBD.

I still need help.

Help! / Marvel UK Incredible Hulk Question
07 August, 2009, 11:16:35 AM
Hi there

Just wondered if anyone remembers the Incredible Hulk comic from Marvel UK from 1982.

I've been searching for it on the Comic Book Database and can't find it.

I can find the first couple of Hulk weekly's etc but it must have relaunched as I have an issue no 1 from 1982.

It featured The Incredible Sulk by Lew Stringer and also loads of those Roar adverts by Steve Dillon.

I believe it also had a poster by Brian Bolland which had previously been used as the first cover for the previous series.

Any help from tjose who recall it and also why it doesn't seem to be mentioned with the other Marvel UK Hulk publications.

Where are those colour Nemesis pages from originally? I don't recall seeing them before although I seem to remember only skimming the Poster Prog when it came out years ago. Are they from that?

50% for me.

Noticed that in at least one of the mutiple choice the question was "which TWO of these things" with a choice of AB or C but in the answers it seemed to include a D option which hadn't been available in the question.

I'm not making an excuse just saying thats all.

I'm assuming this is nothing to do with the browser. It was in the European Parliament question.

Amber Smuggler?

Is it just me or does that sound like a euphemism?

So what needs to happen to make this a reality? What exactly is Morrison asking for?

According to his stats the last time Kirby logged on was on the 9th April and he was planning on embarking on his journey at the end of April.

That's weird I was just wondering how he's getting on. I did a search and lo and behold JBC was wondering the same thing yesterday.
