You can wear what you like.
I assumed we were supposed to dress smart and went looking reasonably smart on the first day but didn't bother too much after that.

If I get called up again I'd like to borrow the Judge Minty costume but that might be taking the piss.  :D

I used to have loads of these. I never bought it but a workmate of my Mum's gave me them when her son no longer wanted them.

I still have the small paperback Marvel adaptations of the original trilogy.

I did jury service five years ago. I was dreading it but it was very interesting and a worthwhile thing to do.
I did two cases at Guildford Court, both involving child abuse.

As Worldshow said, make sure you take a book or handheld games console as there will probably be a lot of waiting around. The first day I was there we did nothing. After that it got quite busy. We even had one old woman on the jury who fell asleep in the court!

And........some of the time I did wear a the Dredd polo shirt with the badge on it. Two people knew what it was. One was the woman who ran the canteen but she was only familiar with the Stallone movie.
I did also say "I am the law!" walking down the corridor to court once too.  :D

The characters for my Rogue Trooper/Rupert Bear entry in the art competition.
I thought I'd put them here as I think they look better as individual characters rather than in the finished piece.

I've heard so many good things about Hi-Ex. Good to hear it's definately back next year.
I maybe interested in making the long trek up there in 2012. Room for another on the radwagon CF?

Clash of the Titans, the new one.

I enjoyed it but the set up and narration dragged a bit for me at the start and I thought that Ralph Fiennes, as Hades, was just playing Voldemort again.
Very interesting to see the location in Wales that was also used for Judge Minty.

A major impediment really. While browsing the forum yesterday afternoon I got a page saying I was BANNED! Innocent little me, surely not.  :o

Many thanks to Richmond Clements and Emperor for sorting it out. It's good to be back
