I will be in Manchester for the King's X gig on Saturday but I don't know what time yet. I've written down the suggested pubs and if our paths cross I'll say hello and maybe hang around for a bit, depends on what my mate wants to do too and how our day goes.
It would be good to attend Nort and Souther gatherings.

If you see someone wearing a King's X hoodie with a 2000AD badge on it, thats me.

No never spotted it although I did find Cyber candy...

Ah...Cyber Candy. I spent quite a bit in there at Christmas. Dave's Comics isn't far from there.

Happy Birthday.

They've worked very hard on the live performances since 2007 -- they're definitely worth seeing

Good to hear. I've been a huge fan of the Neph for many years and saw them quite a bit back in the day. Maybe I'll catch 'em again some time.
I never quite got in to The Mission but did see them on the tour for the Carved In Sand album at Bournemouth, it was a good gig.
The Nephilim were really the only goth band I really liked.

I have just bought tickets to see the Mission and the Neffs FLASHBACK TIME!!!!!

Who's in the Nephilim now apart from McCoy?
I saw the Astoria gig in 2007 and it just wasn't the same for me without the other original members.
The Mourning Sun album was really good but I'm not so keen on seeing them live now. If the classic line up was back together I'd be very excited and wouldn't miss it.

14 for me.
I guess that's OK for an old git of nearly 41 who has been going to rock concerts for 24 years.

2000AD Fez please. Mike Mignola has got his own one...

Those guys look like they do small batch runs, I could just see one with a Rosette of Sirius on it.

I'll buy one!

They do a monkey on a hat too!

Maybe we could get Southern Contingent fezzes made? How great would we all look wandering around London in those?

Things seem to be improving with the Prog, 1726 is now on Clickwheel.
Surely it must be time for Meg 308 now as I believe the print version of 309 is out?

.....it is my nieces 16th birthday today. She hasn't had the easiest of lives but carries on with impressive strength and good humour.

Best of all she told me how she read an issue of 2000AD at school today and "it was cool". Apparently it was an issue from 1994 and she liked the ABC Warriors, especially the "robot called Joe something".  :D

The "Next Prog" should be left in because some are quite funny.
