It is a bit of a pain getting PDFs on to the iPad using iTunes, but apps like GoodReader make it a little easier as you can download off the web straight into them.

I get the Prog and Meg from the 2000AD shop, download them onto my PC at work on a Wednesday morning, drag them into Dropbox and then open them in Dropbox on the iPad and read them with the Comic Zeal app during my lunch break. Works really well.

Is there any update on when mail order might be available for those who are unable (or unlikely) to get to an actual Con this year to buy a copy?

I contacted Alex about this via the Vixens Facebook page. He has sold out but will be doing another print run hopefully to be available in late August. Contact him if you want one and he will put you on the list.

Thanks for the mention, Albion. I've been immortalised in fan art as a city block – now as graffiti.

There are some others on there but they are obscured by the band.

The red one behind them is Large 48, Pete Wells Block is on the left but you can make that out OK, The green one on the right is Minty and the bottom one is Crazyfoxmachine.

Digital for comics, paper for trades.

I really enjoy comics on the iPad but I still like to see collected editions on the shelf. Having said that, I am thinking of cutting down on the trades a bit as space is always an issue.

Albion - lovely Holden and Robinson. There's some work in that there Robinson - do you know how long it took Cliff to do?

I can't remember how long it took Cliff but it took a few months.
He is fantastic to deal with and he really enjoyed doing it too.

Books & Comics / Re: Whats everyone reading?

I'm on a bit of a music trip at the moment as far as books are concerned.

I've just finished Who am I? By Pete Townshend.
A very good and interesting book. He's a very mixed up chap is Pete.

I've now started Iron Man, the autobiography of Toni Iommi of Black Sabbath. Not as well written as Pete Townshend's book but still entertaining.

Next I think I will probably read Keith Richards book.

Those who didn't? Well, you can visit them you-know-where

Yes, you can visit them at a place where they actually understand how Dredd and his world works.

I got the Marvel book two or three years ago on eBay, I hadn't heard of it before.
I mentioned it on Facebook and John Wagner noticed it and he, myself and SmallBlueThing had a bit of Facebook chat about it. SBT sent me the original issues of Look Alive too.
