Have you by any chance taken your user name from the character in Kiki's Delivery Service? Tombo means Dragonfly in case you didn't know.

Which manga are you into? I've pretty much stopped buying it now after realising that Naruto, One Piece and Bleach will NEVER EVER END and will keep reusing the same basic plot until the end of time.

I love Death Note, Battle Angel Alita, Eden - It's a Perfect World!, Dragonball and Nausicaa.

Dandridge- I like the ideas and the world. I enjoyed the first 'Past Imperfect' (I'd like to reread that soon) and I think I largely liked the last run of the strip, although I was a bit uncertain. I'm really enjoying this run. I didn't write a review last week, but I like the way that you can almost believe you're actually in the Victorian period... then a ghost in eighties gear turns up.  

On the Nerve Centre page in the Contents box, it states that the strip is set in 1981. Dandridge is from Victorian times but has been resurrected in an alternate 80's.

And your wife is hereby promoted to the position of Associate Editor - meaning that from now on you must do as she tells you!

I think it's a great idea. I can envisage something like the Super Squirrel project, but with comic characters appearing with the folks who win the bid.

Well, I think it could work but it would stand or fall depending on the level of talent you can get involved.

The bigger the talent, the bigger the bids. If it's only 1 or 2 page stories/pics then I can't see even big shot pros being too bothered about pitching in.

I would definitely like to offer my services again for this one and also, my wife is Japanese so I could run ideas by her and her friends if you like.
