Squarepusher - Selection Sixteen

Saw "Confessions" in the cinema today. A Japanese film about revenge set in a secondary school. It made me realise how glad I am not to have gone to school in Japan!  Japanese school kids are scarily good at bullying, not to mention scarily into extreme acts in a bid to find some sort of meaning or status in the grind of life. 

I think you'd have been ok. I'm pretty sure it's not a documentary.

Why, after weeks of stilted 'fantasy realm' speech in Necrophim, is everyone speaking in the manner of a teenage American prick?

"Go team Uriel"? Really? And without the prog to hand I might have got this wrong, but does Lucifer say to Uriel; "Sucks to be you"?

It's a bit late in the day for such clumsy attempts at humour and it totally goes against the tone that the rest of the strip has (failed to) set.

I've never met anyone who buys the comic or could even give a flying monkey about Wonder Woman. Even most comic fans have only a very vague idea of who she is supposed to be.

Compared to Batman, Spider-Man, Superman etc. it's not as if she's got much of a well established back-story or rogue's gallery or even any sort of established personality.

They can pretty much do what they like with the character and I don't think there'd be much outcry. As long as she spins round and round when she changes, I'll be happy.
