This is possible related to latest issue with have found with old cookie. Fix has been put in place so hopefully issue will be fixed.

We suspect that in some cases old "forever" cookie was causing bans for 30 days.

Cookie name has been changed to resolve this issue and ban changed to 2 days after x number of failed logins.

It sounds like your IP address might have been blocked for some reason.

Checked when logged into the work VPN and the IP address does change - which you all probably knew but I was never sure! So that suggests it is somehow (???) related to the IP... or could be conflating two seperate issues I suppose... when I tether to my phone it works and again unsurprisingly has a different IP.

We have found an issue related to accounts permission after reaching an 'x' number of posts.
This is currently being fixed. Once fix is put in place you should be also gaining an extra functionality.

Have you tried "Recent Posts" as a replacement for Active Topic ?

We have found an issue related to old accounts being banned because of "forever" cookies.

This has been addressed by changing cookie. What might have been happening is that that old forever cookie was encrypted using old tech and during website access it would trigger "failed logins" and account ban at the end.

Hopefully this will resolve that issue.

Everytime we deploy a new version of forum (any modification is a new deployment) then I think this effects login session hence you need to relogin.

No more deployments scheduled for this week.

@broodblik this just has been added.

You will be able to see last 5 post in the bottom of the page and added link in the menu on the top.

This is best what we can do with current functionality.
